5 Things WWE shouldn't do on RAW tonight

WWE RAW takes place tonight from Atalanta, GA. We have a stacked show tonight and the headline going in is Roman Reigns' return to RAW for the first time since he relinquished the WWE Universal Championship and took a leave of absence from WWE. We don't yet know what WWE's exact plan for Reigns tonight is but we do know that he could be making some sort of announcement. We found out last week that Reigns was back in training for a return so he could be announcing that he will be back soon and give us an update on his health situation.

Also on tonight's RAW, we will celebrate 16-time WWE Champion Ric Flair's birthday. The 'Nature Boy' recently turned 70 and will make his RAW return tonight. WWE are also teasing further news on Sasha Banks and Bayley - the first ever WWE Women's Tag-Team Champions. Who could challenge Banks and Bayley first? More on who shouldn't challenge them later.

Let's take a deep dive into tonight's episode of RAW and look at some booking decisions that WWE needs to avoid.

#5. Another Baron Corbin vs Braun Strowman match

This is the first thing WWE should have on their list to NOT do tonight on RAW. We don't want to see another Baron Corbin versus Braun Strowman match.

I don't know how many times we've seen this match but it has already been enough for this decade. Their feud had ended until WWE recently brought it up again? Why? It's WrestleMania season and we're seeing another version of this feud from December. Don't WWE have any new storyline ideas for Braun Strowman - one of the most popular babyfaces on the roster - ahead of WWE's biggest night of the year?

#4. WWE shouldn't involve Ambrose and Rollins in a storyline

Ambrose and Rollins

On last week's episode of RAW, Dean Ambrose went backstage after his loss against Drew McIntyre to ask Seth Rollins why the latter didn't have his back as if the last few months never happened.

WWE need to nip this in the bud as it's just senseless. For one, Dean Ambrose does not have short term memory loss. Secondly, Seth Rollins is set to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and WWE need to let him focus on this instead of diluting the storyline.

#3. Nia Jax and Tamina shouldn't be the next women's tag title challengers

Bayley and Sasha Banks still have to find their first title challengers. WWE definitely hinted that it could be Nia Jax and Tamina but that really isn't an ideal choice. For starters, Nia Jax and Tamina aren't really over.

Also, as a team, Jax and Tamina have nothing dynamic to their style. They both wrestle in the same way and work as powerhouses.

#2. Becky Lynch shouldn't crash Ric Flair's birthday celebration

16-time world champion Ric Flair just celebrated his birthday 70th birthday earlier this week and the celebrations will continue on RAW tonight. However, WWE should NOT have Becky Lynch crash Flair's birthday celebrations. Why? Two reasons.

Firstly, a lot of fans are expecting that to happen right now. There's no point of the segment when it's so predictable. Secondly, Becky is the babyface here. Why would we want to see her crash Flair's birthday? We all love Ric Flair. He's a living legend.

#1. If Roman Reigns is fit to compete, WWE shouldn't bring him back just yet

Roman Reigns is set to return on RAW and make a big announcement, although we aren't very sure as to what that announcement could be. With reports coming out earlier this week that Reigns was back in training, it could very well be that he's ready to return.

However, if that is the case, WWE shouldn't announce a date and hold it off till WrestleMania. And, WWE should in no way add Reigns to the Rollins versus Lesnar match. A better option would be for Reigns to be in Rollins' corner. Additionally, no one should lay out The Big Dog on his return. Reigns' return should be all about him.
