Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan have been two superstars who have always been on different sides, regardless of whether they were babyfaces or heels. They were on opposite sides up until Erick Rowan and Luke Harper forced them to unite together.

And they worked as a perfect unit at Hell in a Cell when they defeated the former tag team champions emphatically. After the match, Roman Reigns offered a handshake and Bryan refused, but went in for a hug. After much reluctance, mutual respect was shared between the two competitors.

From the look of things, WWE hinted at a Roman Reigns-Daniel Bryan alliance - one that will last longer than this rivalry against Rowan and Harper. Roman Reigns has already got his win back against Rowan.

Since it's October, this is the time when WWE starts planting the seeds for a few long-term WrestleMania rivalries. Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan as a tag team will be great for the division and we may even see them pick up the tag team championships before eventually feuding next year.
