In late 2003, WWE had a lack of babyfaces on the SmackDown brand. With their heels outweighing the babyfaces, WWE felt the need to increase the amount of faces on the SmackDown roster.

One of those turned face happened to be the future of the WWE, John Cena. Since the beginning of his turn, he started to poke fun at 'The World's Largest Athlete', Big Show. Cena would constantly defeat Show on episodes of SmackDown and at pay-per-view events, including at Survivor Series 2003.

Big Show's countless defeats eventually earned Cena an opportunity for the WWE United States Championship at WrestleMania 20.

When Cena was going one-on-one with Big Show, he knew that Big Show was going to be a huge task for him to overcome. With the 500-pound giant always standing on his toes, Cena found a unique way to take him off his feet.

While the referee was looking away, Cena knocked Big Show with his Brass Knuckles. From there, Cena delivered an 'F-U' to Big Show, leading him to get the pinfall and win his first championship in the WWE, the WWE United States Championship.
