Soon after WrestleMania 30, The 3MB got into a feud with Los Matadores, resulting in an incredibly entertaining match between El Torito and Hornswoggle at WWE Extreme Rules 2014, dubbed as a "WeeLC match". McIntyre left the WWE following this feud, with the promotion releasing him on June 12, 2014.

Looking back now, McIntyre's WWE exit was the best thing that could have happened to him, and it helped him reinvent himself in other promotions and come back better than ever.

Down #4: Alliance with Baron Corbin and Bobby Lashley

In late 2018, Constable Corbin got into a feud with Braun Strowman, after costing him the Universal title at WWE Crown Jewel. Soon, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley joined Corbin and took Strowman down on several occasions.

The trio later feuded with The Shield and lost to The Hounds of Justice at Fastlane 2019. McIntyre sneak-attacking Strowman and the villainous trio ganging up on him simply didn't suit The Scottish Psychopath's tough, intimidating character.
