Will WWE make history with this year's Money in the Bank contract?

It's interesting that ever since 2005 when the contract first came into fruition, it has only ever been stolen on two occasions. Back when Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow were busy arguing over the contract, which ended up breaking up their tag team, as well as when Dean Ambrose managed to steal the case from Seth Rollins.
Of course, on both occasions, the rightful Mr. Money in the Bank was able to get their contract back and go on to cash it in. Rollins was successful in his quest to become World Champion whilst Damien Sandow joined the shortlist of men who failed.

It would be interesting to see if Dolph Ziggler and Sonya Deville were able to plot between themselves to not only steal the contract from Otis, but be the first people to cash in a stolen contract.
This is a path WWE has never taken before, and it's unknown if there is a rule against someone else cashing in the contract or not, especially if they are able to replace the name in the briefcase with their own.
