John Cena is one such wrestler, who does not need any introduction. He is definitely one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Having won 16 world titles, he should definitely be aiming to capture the Universal title, to become the single wrestler with maximum number of World Championships. That can very well happen, if he wins the Universal title in 2019.
Cena has not competed much in 2018. However, he is still 'the face that runs the place'. Therefore, it would be a masterstroke on the part of WWE, if they made him compete for the Universal title, and, let him win the gold. Cena still has a lot of potential in him, to beat the hell out of any wrestler from the roster.
Needless to say, whenever John Cena wins any Championship, the WWE Universe loves it like anything.
