#2 CM Punk

Inarguably the best competitor in the 13-year history of the MITB Ladder match, CM Punk has an equally good record to his name when it comes to having matches at the pay per view.
Although Punk has wrestled less than other men on this list at the pay per view, it's his win/loss record and the significance of his wins that put him so high on this list.

After failing to make it to the main card in 2010, Punk wrestled the greatest match in the history of the pay per view when he defeated Cena to win the WWE Title in 2011 in front of his home crowd.
He followed this win with an equally good WWE Title defense against Bryan in a No DQ match in 2012.
His dream of winning a third MITB ladder match were shattered in 2013 when his manager Paul Heyman betrayed him, giving him his only loss in the history of the event.
