AEW Women's World Champion Britt Baker works two full-time jobs simultaneously. In addition to being a full-time wrestler in AEW, she is also a practicing dentist.
Baker started her wrestling training around the same time she went to dental school. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. After wrestling for a few years in different promotions, Baker joined AEW in 2019.

Working two full-time jobs at the same time is challenging. Baker has to keep up with a busy schedule daily. She admitted it takes mental toughness more than anything else to do so. She also revealed that never panicking and powering forward to get everything done is her success formula.
Despite the difficulties, the current AEW Women's World Champion is happy to be working both her dream jobs. Although many people have advised her to give up one of her two jobs, Baker refuses the idea.
"It’s kind of hard to believe that I get to live out both of my dreams. Both of my dreams are a lot of people’s Plan A; I don’t have a Plan B, I have two Plan As. I’ve been given the greatest gift imaginable,” she told Pittsburgh Magazine.
Britt Baker currently has an ongoing seven-match winning streak in AEW. She recently defended her AEW Women's World Title against Red Velvet at AEW Rampage.
