#4. WWE Hall of Famers Edge and Lita

Edge and Lita shared the ring many times in WWE. They also had a real-life romance.

The Rated R Superstar was married to Lisa Ortiz in 2005 when he started a secret affair with Lita, who was then Matt Hardy's girlfriend. When their relationship later became public, Edge and his wife split. Hardy and Lita also broke up.

In April 2005, WWE fired Hardy for his "unprofessional conduct" after learning about his girlfriend's affair with his best friend. Nevertheless, the company later re-hired the future ECW Champion and turned the real-life issues between him, Edge, and Lita into an on-screen storyline.

Despite this, Edge and Lita's relationship lasted only for a few months. The couple broke up sometime in 2006. Later that same year, the former Women's Champion left Vince McMahon's company.

Like Shawn Michaels and Sunny, both Edge and Lita are currently in the Hall of Fame. The Rated R Superstar became a Hall of Famer in 2012, a year after he initially retired due to injury. Two years later, his ex-girlfriend joined him in the prestigious club.

Edge returned to in-ring competition in 2020 after nine years of retirement. He is currently active on Monday Night RAW. Meanwhile, Lita also recently returned to Vince McMahon's company and will participate in the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble match.
