Will WWE book rematches after WrestleMania?

WWE earlier had a pay-per-view called Payback where half of the card featured rematches from WrestleMania. The idea behind the pay-per-view was that the Superstars who suffered defeats at the Showcase of Immortals could challenge their rivals once again for payback.

Looking at the set of WrestleMania matches that we have this year, one can easily foresee that the Intercontinental Championship feud between Sami Zayn and Daniel Bryan may continue after WrestleMania. Similarly, King Corbin vs Elias and Shayna Baszler vs Becky Lynch could also extend in the post-WrestleMania season.

Thus, WWE could announce the return of WWE Payback once again, where they would book a few rematches from WrestleMania while also starting a few fresh feuds.

In case WWE moves Randy Orton to SmackDown after ‘Mania, then they could even book a match between Bray Wyatt and The Viper because many fans believe that they deserve another chance to make up for the House of Horrors match at Payback 2017. As the alter ego of Wyatt never forgets, it would be a perfect storyline where The Fiend would battle Orton in the Firefly Fun House.
