Everyone loves a good rumor right? Something to talk about over a water cooler.

In WWE, everything moves so fast. Not just the Superstars in the ring, but all the latest news and rumors that reach the public every single day.

With WWE Fastlane just days away, the pay per view has plenty of things going on, including Kevin Owens replacing Kofi Kingston as Daniel Bryan's opponent.

The change has certainly not gone down well with fans, though some are hopeful this means bigger things for Kingston to come.

Here are five rumors from wrestling this week that you really need to know.

Note: Please remember that every rumor presented here is just that, a rumour, just to have fun with. Whilst some may seem more likely than others, please take all of them with a grain of salt.

#5: Multi-person matches at WrestleMania

WrestleMania 35 is now just weeks away, with some huge matches already announced.
WrestleMania 35 is now just weeks away, with some huge matches already announced.

WrestleMania 35 is drawing near, and so far three matches have been announced, all of them singles matches.

Ronda Rousey will defend her RAW Women's Championship against Charlotte Flair, whilst Seth Rollins will face Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, and Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy will face a yet to be determined opponent.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter though, the company are planning multiple multi-person matches for the show of shows.

This will presumably include tag team matches, but could also possibly affect the RAW Women's Title match, with the 2019 Women's Royal Rumble winner Becky Lynch expected to be re-added to the title match.

Hopefully, the WWE won't go the way of WrestleMania 2000, which saw a total nine matches, all but one being a multi-person match.

#4: The Undertaker a no-show?

An icon of WrestleMania, The Undertaker is 24-2 at the biggest show of the year.

Speaking of WrestleMania, there are few Superstars more associated with the showcase of the immortals than The Undertaker.

Making his 'Mania debut in 1991, the list of victims of the Deadman includes legends and icons such as Ric Flair, John Cena, and his own brother, Kane.

And on this path of destruction, only two men have been able to upset the Phenom: Brock Lesnar in 2014, and Roman Reigns two years ago.

With The Undertaker being such an iconic part of the granddaddy of them all, it is all the more shocking that there are currently no plans for him to appear at WrestleMania 35, according to the Observer.

Whilst it's clear the Phenom has slowed down in his recent years, it will be strange to have WrestleMania without him.

#3: Rousey and Lynch in hot water

There is perhaps no feud right now in WWE, hotter than that of RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch.

Lynch's cocky, arrogant demeanour has drawn the ire of the UFC Hall of Famer, who has dominated since joining the company a year ago.

But with Lynch suspended per the edict of Vince McMahon, the two have turned their feud to Twitter, something which the company reportedly aren't pleased with.

According to Wrestlevotes, the WWE "certainly aren’t thrilled with some of the wording used".

Whilst it's unclear what wording they have a problem with, both women have used profanity, and have mentioned the other's style being fake, blurring the lines between reality and kayfabe.

However, Dave Meltzer has said that "nobody is doing anything not approved or agreed to

#2: Kofi change was last minute

Kingston had his spot against WWE Champion Daniel Bryan taken by Kevin Owens.

On the SmackDown Live before Elimination Chamber, Kofi Kingston impressed everyone with his tenacity in the gauntlet match.

And five days later, Kingston continued his impressive ways inside the satanic structure, and though he did not win, he did earn a one-on-one shot against Champion Daniel Bryan at Fastlane.

Last week though, Kingston was replaced by Mr. McMahon, in favor of Kevin Owens, who will now meet the Bearded warrior this Sunday.

According to Post Wrestling, the decision to replace Kingston with Owens was only made last week, and was not part of any long plans.

Whilst many, including the New Day star are devastated to see Kingston removed, many are hopeful that this will mean the Ghanaian star will meet Bryan for the gold at the next pay per view: WrestleMania.

#1: The Hardy Boyz are here to stay

The Hardy Boyz returned to WWE in 2017, capturing the RAW Tag Championships.
The Hardy Boyz returned to WWE in 2017, capturing the RAW Tag Championships.

There are fewer tag teams more iconic in WWE, than Matt and Jeff Hardy.

Joining the company in the mid-1990s as teens, the real-life brothers wowed fans during the Attitude Era as part of TLC, dazzled fans when they reunited in 2007, and amazed fans when they returned to WWE in 2017.

Reuniting last week on SmackDown Live, the brothers are continuing their impressive ways, with many hoping for one more championship run, this time on the blue brand.

And whilst the pair are much older now, there are no signs of them going anywhere.

According to the PW Insider, a clause in both men's contracts has allowed WWE to extend their time in the company by at least another year.

What happens after this year expires though, is anyone's guess.
