#5 Bobby Roode

When fans think of WWE stars on Monday Night Raw who are desperately in need of some consistent (and good) programming to work with, Bobby Roode definitely comes to mind. While Bobby does have a United States Championship reign under his belt, since getting drafted over to Raw, Bobby Roode has unfortunately sunk into an insignificant and unimportant role - his appearances on Main Event recently confirms this notion.
Although many believe Bobby Roode is in need of a heel turn, some consistent booking is undoubtedly the first step, and an Intercontinental Championship run may be the WWE's way of reestablishing Roode as a "force to be reckoned with" once again. Bobby may be better suited as a heel, but he's fully capable of performing at a high level as a babyface. It's only a matter of time before Vince and creative give Bobby another chance to succeed.
