In 2016, Paige began dating Alberto Del Rio, her fellow WWE Superstar at the time. The two quickly hit it off and were engaged in late 2016. Around the same time, Paige and Alberto made a trip to Vegas where the former got a tattoo on her finger to profess her love for the former WWE Champion. The tattoo featured a single word: 'Papi'.

In September of that year, Paige got another tattoo in honor of Del Rio. This time around, she got the name 'Alberto' inked on her ribs. The caption to her Instagram post read: “When you love someone so much you give it all for. Not the expression, no literally give it all for”. Paige later deleted the post, but not before social media users took screenshots of the same.
Paige and Del Rio's relationship came to an end in late 2017, a short while before her WWE career came to an end. Back in 2020, Paige opened up on her time with Del Rio and provided some disturbing details in regards to the abuse she suffered at his hands.

"It's like it's up to six, seven hours a day you're literally trapped in a certain room and getting your a** beat every couple of minutes, you know what I mean?"
Del Rio denied the accusations and added that Paige was the aggressor in the relationship. He also stated that he had proof to back up his claim. Paige seems to be in a good place now and is doing well for herself as a Twitch star.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
