One of the most intriguing WWE factions of the last decade was The Wyatt Family. The faction was started by Bray Wyatt on NXT in 2012 alongside Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. A year after, The Wyatt Family made their way to the main roster and straight away went after WWE legend, Kane.

Bray Wyatt and his followers then went on to feud with several top WWE Superstars including the likes of John Cena, Daniel Bryan, and even The Shield. The fourth member of The Wyatt Family, Braun Strowman was introduced in 2015 on the RAW after SummerSlam.

But there was yet another massive name that could have been in the Wyatt Family. In an interview with Solo Wrestling in 2017, former NXT Superstar Judas Devlin revealed that both he and Baron Corbin were tried out for roles in The Wyatt Family.

“I actually did a few promos with Bray Wyatt in front of the camera with Dusty [Rhodes]. They tried a few people, Baron Corbin kinda tried out for it as well. Ultimately, I think I could [have gotten] that spot, but then I got injured.”

Baron Corbin was a rising Superstar on NXT who made a massive main roster debut by winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32. A former United States Champion and King of the Ring 2019, Baron Corbin is one of the biggest heels on the current roster of WWE. It would surely have been interesting to see him as a member of The Wyatt Family.
