#3 Shinsuke Nakamura
Shinsuke Nakamura was all set to be the next big thing in WWE when he won the Royal Rumble last year and went on to challenge AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. At WrestleMania, after losing the title match, Nakamura turned heel.
But his heel turned was a disaster. A huge part of being a heel is to get the audience to hate you by delivering promos. Not being comfortable with English, Shinsuke wasn't really comfortable on the mic and that was very clearly visible.
Someone like Paul Heyman would have surely been a huge help for him as he could have portrayed him as the true threat that he really is. WWE can still pair them up if Shinsuke is sticking around with the company.
