Ronda badly needs a manager!

Ronda Rousey competed in the first ever Women's main event in WrestleMania history at WM 35. In a very short career of just one year, Ronda has definitely improved a lot in the ring and has been delivering good matches consistently.

But the same can't be said about her mic skills. During the build-up to her match at WrestleMania 35, Ronda delivered some promos which were just weird. She has good punch lines, but her dialogue delivery is just so awkward. She speaks too fast!

Pairing Ronda to someone like Paul Heyman would be a huge boost to her WWE career as Heyman could make her look like the "baddest women on the planet". Can Ronda be the first Paul Heyman "girl"?

#1 Roman Reigns

The Big Dog has some serious promo issues!

Roman Reigns has been a huge part of WWE programming for the past several years. Main eventing 4 WrestleManias in a row tells us how highly Vince rates Roman.

While Roman has been continuously improving in the ring, his issues on the mic are still there. The Big Dog isn't good with speaking the lines fed to him backstage to the audience. It just doesn't connect.

This is one of the biggest reasons why he can't replace John Cena as the face of the company. Cena is one of the best mic workers in the history (I'd even say at par with Paul Heyman).

If WWE pairs Roman up with Paul Heyman and makes him a Paul Heyman Guy, The Big Dog's problems with promos would be solved. Fans would also start getting behind him just due to the sheer brilliance of Heyman. Vince should seriously consider this.
