One of Vince McMahon's biggest foes, The Rock, actually teamed up with the evil boss way back in 2000. At WrestleMania 16, the main event was a Fatal Four-Way WWE title match, pitting Triple H, The Rock, The Big Show, and Mick Foley, with a McMahon in the corner of every Superstar.

Mere days before the actual event, Mr. McMahon teamed up The Rock, to face Shane McMahon and The Big Show on Monday Night Raw. The Rock had already been in a rivalry with Show after the controversial ending to the Royal Rumble Match, with The Rock coming out the victor in the end.
So when these two met in the tag team match, chaos ensued as tspecial referees Triple H and Mick Foley got involved. In the end, The Rock hit a Rock Bottom on Shane to win the match.
There was a time when Mr. McMahon teamed up with his biggest rival to date, Stone Cold Steve Austin inside the squared circle. The June 5th, 2001 episode of SmackDown saw McMahon aligning with Austin to take on Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit in a Tag Team Match.

The match ended with Benoit surprising Austin with a quick rollup pin, thus bagging a win for his team. Jericho and Benoit left the spot, carrying their Tag Team title belts with them, while the frustrated duo of Austin and McMahon watched them leave.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
