#4 Bobby Roode
Bobby Roode made his main roster debut on Smackdown Live as a babyface and went on to win the United States Championship. He moved to Monday Night Raw during the Superstar Shake-up and for a little while he was taken off TV before forming a tag team with Chad Gable. The team went on to win the Raw Tag Team Championships and lost it to The Revivals before turning heel and being separated in this year's Superstar Shake-up.
Bobby Roode is a former TNA/Impact Wrestling Champion. He had a great run in NXT and played a very good heel. Roode hasn't been used the right way since he moved to Raw and he deserves to be pushed as a heel singles competitor. WWE can do this by awarding him the Money in the Bank contract. Roode should also compete on the main card and become one of the biggest heels on Raw.
Winning the contract will guarantee Roode a future Universal Championship opportunity and fans will get back the Bobby Roode that they loved in NXT. This man could be a huge star if booked correctly and it should all start on the night of May 19.
