Ask for a WWE superstar who deserves to be in the main event picture and there will one name topping the lists and that is of Drew McIntyre. The Scottish psychopath made quite a return last year and ever since that point he has won the WWE Universe with his imposing aura and tremendous potential.
With that being said, it was a bit absurd to witness no singles bout for Drew at Super ShowDown. The Scottish Psychopath assisted Shane McMahon in his bout against Roman Reigns, the one which turned out in Shane's favour thanks to Drew's presence at ringside.
While Drew and Shane's alliance seems like a perfect villainous combination but the fact that McIntyre is capable of much more is hard to ignore. A singles push has been a long time coming and now that the Saudi Arabia event is done, a genuine single's run might be in store for Drew Mcintyre.
The Scottish Psychopath is scheduled to face Roman Reigns at Stomping Grounds which could well embark Drew's long-awaited push.
