#2 Charlotte will continue to delay her decision
The 2020 women's Royal Rumble was won by RAW Superstar Charlotte Flair. The following night on RAW, Charlotte was in the middle of a promo when she was interrupted by NXT Women's Champion Rhea Ripley. Charlotte ended up refusing to challenge Ripley,
On the following episode of NXT, Charlotte headed back to the black and yellow brand and once again refused to challenge Ripley. Charlotte was then attacked by Ripley and Bianca Belair.

On tonight's episode of RAW, NXT Women's Champion Rhea Ripley showed up once again Her backstage interview was cut off by Sarah Logan. Ripley then faced Sarah Logan in singles action and promptly beat her in about a minute.
Charlotte was on the entrance ramp watching the action but once again refused to challenge Ripley at WrestleMania. This makes us think that WWE is going to continue to have Charlotte delay her decision although it's pretty clear that Ripley vs Charlotte will indeed be the match at WrestleMania.
