Cody vs Lance Archer (to crown the first AEW TNT Champion)
This one will be a barnburner. The finals of the TNT Championship tournament sees Cody facing Lance Archer to crown the first AEW TNT Champion. Archer has been on a rampage since his AEW debut, running through every opponent put in front of him.
We saw both men's managers - Arn Anderson and Jake Roberts - in a sit-down interview on Dynamite earlier this week and both men clearly know the importance of this match.
Cody beat Shawn Spears and Darby Allin to get to the final while Lance Archer beat Colt Cabana and Cody's brother Dustin Rhodes to reach the final.
As we all remember, Cody cannot challenge for the AEW World Championship again after losing his title match against Chris Jericho, after MJF threw in the towel on his behalf before turning on him. This means that the stakes in this match are probably higher for Cody but can his big-match experience match up to Archer's dangerous combination of size, speed, and strength?
