Another week, another loaded episode of All Elite Wrestling Dynamite. This week's episode two semi-finals in the AEW World Tag-Team Title Tournament. We also had The Best Friends facing The Young Bucks as well as Dr. Britt Baker's homecoming to Pittsburgh.
Kenny Omega was also in singles action tonight as he went one-one-on with Joey Janela. Cody and The Inner Circle also got into a brawl at one point of the show. The main event of the night saw Jon Moxley taking on PAC in singles action after Moxley turned his back on his tag-team partner last week on Dynamite. This one was definitely one of the more heated matches.
Let's take a look at how tonight's episode panned out:
Private Party vs The Lucha Bros (AEW World Tag-Team Title tournament semi-finals)
The show kicked off with Private Party taking on Pentagon Jr and Rey Fenix. After beating The Young Bucks in the quarters, Marq Quen and Isaiah Kassidy had a stiff test ahead of them although the match started off fairly well for the underdogs.
Quen and Kassidy got in a lot of offense early on in the match but despite impressing, they couldn't finish off the match early. Fenix and Pentagon soon back in their groove to wrest control of the match. Fenix was in great form tonight and impressed the fans with his agility and his speed.
Private Party looked like they had the match won when they hit Fenix with the Gin And Juice but it wasn't to be. They looked to hit another to Pentagon who reversed it into a Canadian Destroyer. The Lucha Bros then hit Marq Quen with the Package Piledriver-Double Stomp combo for the win.

The Dark Order vs SCU (AEW World Tag-Team Title tournament semi-finals)
With Christopher Daniels still feeling the effects of the attack at the hands of the Lucha Bros, it was up to Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian to get SCU to the finals.
Both teams started out evenly matched although it was Evil Uno's interference while on the apron helped the Dark Order isolate Scorpio Sky early on in the match. Uno's guile at ringside prevented Sky from tagging in Frankie Kazarian.
As the action continued in the ring, we saw members of the Inner Circle in the audience, heading to the VIP area. This happened just as Sky finally tagged Kazarian in.
Kazarian came in like a man possessed, tossing Grayson around the ring before hitting a springboard leg-drop followed by a neckbreaker for a near-fall. Following this, The Dark Order shows us some nice double team offense. Grayson pulled out all the stops as he launched himself over the corner turnbuckle at Kazarian. Evil Uno and Grayson then looked for the Fatality only for Scorpio Sky to dodge in. Kazarian came in with a DDT on Grayson before SCU dumped at ringside.
Kazarian and Scorpio Sky then pinned the isolated Stu Grason for the win.

Joey Janela vs Kenny Omega
Next up was a rematch from last week's episode of AEW Dark as the 'Bad Boy' Joey Janela went one on one with Kenny Omega.
The match started off with Janela and Omega going back and forth but Kenny's quality soon showed itself. He dumped Janela out of the ring and as the crowd exploded, Omega launched himself over the top rope and into Joey Janela. Omega continued his dominance until he went for a moonsault. Janela got his knees up but Kenny wouldn't be denied. He replied with a series of Snap Dragon Suplexes. Omega followed it up with a knee-strike for a near-fall. Omega continued his offense with a V-Trigger but Janela rallied with a pump kick and a brutal clothesline.
With Omega laid out on the apron, Janela went for a senton from the top rope but as JR called it, he "went straight to hell for it", landing on his back. Omega quickly rolled Janela into the ring and hit a nasty V-Trigger and followed it up with a One-Winged Angel for the win.

Cody's promo interrupted by The Inner Circle
Cody was in the ring with Tony Schiavone set to address his title match against Chris Jericho at AEW Full Gear. Cody kept getting interrupted by the Inner Circle who were in the luxury box.
Jericho kept calling out Cody who'd finally had enough. As Jericho taunted Cody, he was joined by Dustin Rhodes, MJF and Diamond Dallas Page. As Cody and his boys headed up to the VIP area, the Inner Circle barricaded themselves. Seeing this, Cody took MJF's scarf and punched through the glass door.
The brawl soon spilled out into the fan area and the arena security soon separated the 8 men.
The Best Friends (w/ Orange Cassidy) vs The Young Bucks
The Young Bucks took out Orange Cassidy with a double-superkick before the match even began.
The Best Friends were in control of the match during the opening stages, briefly isolating Nick Jackson. After a brief back and forth, The Best Friends took the fight to the Bucks at ringside including a doomsday knee from the apron. The action continued inside the ring as we headed to a commercial break.
Matt Jackson hit an incredible triple Northern Lights Suplex but Baretta countered the fourth with a tornado DDT. The Bucks isolated Trent in their corner after this until Chuckie T came in to make the save. As both teams escalated their offense, Orange Cassidy got involved again. The referee was distracted by the Best Friends as Orange Cassidy launched himself off the top rope and into The Bucks.
Trent and Chuckie T then hit the Strong Zero to Matt Jackson only for Nick Jackson to break it up at the last second. The Bucks then hit both Trent and Chuckie T with superkicks before The Bucks an incredible moonsault combination for the win.

The Young Bucks took the mic after their win and called out Santana and Ortiz, accepting their challenge.
Dr. Britt Baker vs Jamie Hayter
Britt Baker's homecoming didn't start well as Hayter blindsided her before the bell had rung. Hayter knocked Baker out to ringside and continued the beatdown, sending her shoulder-first into the ringpost. Baker briefly got some offense in, back inside the ring, but Hayter used another cheapshot to get back on top. Hayter then had Baker in a camel clutch position and continued to taunt her.
Baker briefly got some offense in once again but Hayter had a sleeper hold locked in. Baker dropped her to the floor and hit a sling-blade. Once again, the debuting Hayter got back in the match and hit Baker with an Uranage, followed by a lariat for a near-fall.
Baker fought back with a superkick and a spinning neckbreaker. Baker then locked in the Crossface with the Lock Jaw to pick up the win on her homecoming to Pittsburgh with AEW.

Jon Moxley vs PAC
The main event saw Jon Moxley facing PAC in singles action after Moxley turned on his partner on last week's episode on AEW Dynamite.
PAC attacked Moxley from behind with a steel chair while he was making his entrance, before choking Moxley with his jacket. When the bell finally rang, Moxley looked like he was in no position to defend himself. PAC was all over Moxley and continued to punish him. Moxley showed brief flashes of a fightback but was mostly helpless.
PAC continued booting Moxley while the latter was on his knees and followed it up with a standing shooting star press. Moxley made his way out to the apron for some respite and PAC made the mistake of following him. Out of nowhere, Moxley spiked PAC on his forehead with a bulldog. Both men started trading strikes before Moxley took PAC out with a lariat.
Moxley followed it up with a release vertical suplex and a running knee strike for a near-fall. PAC replied with a Falcon Arrow from the top rope for a near-fall of his own.
PAC dumped Moxley out to ringside and hit a 450 Splash to the floor. He rolled Moxley back into the ring and went for the Black Arrow, which he missed. Moxley then hit the Paradigm Shift. As TV time ran out, PAC kicked out once again meaning the match ended in a time limit draw.
