#2 Worst: Chris Jericho and MJF promo
Chris Jericho and MJF are possibly two of the best wrestlers in the world at the moment when it comes to delivering promos. Both performers are excellent on the mic and have been known to cut many an opponent down to size in the ring, with only their words.
So, when the two were standing across the ring from each other, what the audience expected was straight-up fire. What they got instead, were the dampened embers of a campfire overnight.
Both Jericho and MJF started off well, with MJF asking Chris Jericho if the Champion wanted him to join The Inner Circle, while Jericho asked MJF whether he wanted to join The Inner Circle.
While this was funny, to begin with, it went on for too long and got rather old, rather fast. They kept on repeating the same line, and the audience was left wondering if they were actually stalling for time. Frankly, substitute any other two members of the roster and this would be considered a good promo, but given who they were, the fans have the right to expect better.
Knowing them, they will get better promos in the future, as this can't be the last time the two share the ring.
