A lot of times you see WWE get behind a promising young talent. And just when the talent is about to get over, WWE refuses to push him any further, because other storylines may arise.
A classic case of this is Andrade who had a lot of momentum once upon a time that was just never capitalized on. I'm glad to see that they seem to be going all the way with Humberto Carillo.

Not only did he pick up a very big win on RAW this week, but what I particularly like is the fact that he's been in the spotlight for many weeks now. WWE realizes that he can be a breakout star, and they've spent time and effort to groom the talented young man.
He also got the rub from Rey Mysterio this week in a backstage segment on RAW. That is certainly a big deal!
