Five Dream Matches for Braun Strowman as a heel

Braun Strowman turned heel on Raw recently. Braun Strowman formed a stable with Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre. While it was debatable that Strowman was a heel a week ago, now there is no question about it. He attacked a former friend in Finn Balor after this match on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw.

Strowman previously faced the likes of Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Sami Zayn, Roman Reigns, the Big Show, & John Cena as a heel. Now that Braun Strowman is a heel again, there are several dream matches available for him.

Bray Wyatt

Brau Wyatt & Braun Strowman were once both part of the Wyatt Family.

Ever since their encounter at Survivor Series 2016, WWE fans have been clamoring to see these 2 have a match together. This may be the best opportunity for this match to happen.

Braun Strowman is now a monster heel and Bray Wyatt is a face (who may be given a big push as a face when he returns). Wyatt can recognize that he created this monster and that he's grown out of control. He can make it his personal mission to end Braun Strowman's destruction.

This will create a compelling story for a match that would be great.

Ricochet

Ricochet certainly has history facing competitors larger than him.

Ricochet is the size of a cruiserweight and it seems like he has no chance of defeating Braun Strowman. However, there is a reason why Ricochet is called the 'One and Only'. He has defeated the likes of Keith Lee (who is much larger than him).

Ricochet works well when facing off with larger competitors while Braun Strowman works well with smaller competitors (his matches with Finn Balor prove that). Braun Strowman can underestimate Ricochet which will give Ricochet the opportunity to take the fight to the 'Monster Among Men'.

Johnny Gargano

Johnny Gargano will work well against a monster such as Braun Strowman.

Johnny Gargano is one of the best underdogs in WWE.

The crazy thing is that Johnny Gargano has not even faced a monster like Braun Strowman and he still is an underdog.

Gargano is an incredible wrestler that has taken part in 2 five-star matches this year. He definitely can do great as the undersized underdog that fans would love to see get the big win.

Due to Gargano's unique move set, there are several actions that he can hit on Strowman without the match seeming unrealistic.

Gargano is an excellent seller so many of Strowman's moves will look great on him. This will be an excellent match that would have a great story with Gargano trying to submit Braun with the Gargano Escape.

AJ Styles

AJ Styles can certainly take Braun Strowman to the limit.

It is possible that we can see this match at Survivor Series 2018. AJ Styles is the current WWE Champion and if he can get past Samoa Joe at Hell in a Cell and the Super Showdown. Braun Strowman will challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship at Hell in a Cell.

If Strowman can defeat Reigns, he will face Styles in a champion vs champion match at Survivor Series. This can be a great match that would tell a great story.

Strowman can be the dominant champion that underestimates the wily veteran in Styles.

Styles can certainly cut his opponent down to size with strikes, submissions, and high flying moves. Also, he has shown that he works well with big men when he faced Samoa Joe, Roman Reigns, & Brock Lesnar.

This match can also help show that Strowman can wrestle 20 to 30-minute matches. This is certainly a potential main event for Survivor Series.

Daniel Bryan

Can Daniel Bryan cut Braun Strowman down to size?

Daniel Bryan is the biggest, most-popular underdog in WWE.

Bryan & Strowman had a few interactions in the Greatest Royal Rumble match. If WWE wants Strowman to be booed by the WWE Universe, they should put him against Daniel Bryan.

Bryan can use his technical wrestling, submission, & high-flying skills to counter Braun's power. Imagine Bryan countering the Powerslam into the Yes Lock. This match can be amazing as The American Dragon has the opportunity to truly appear as an underdog once again and Strowman has the opportunity to work with one of the best workers in the company.
