Jey Uso won a Fatal Four-Way Match to become number one contender for Roman Reigns' WWE Universal Championship. The decision was widely received and applauded. The Usos are a well-liked team and to see Jey get his shot for a singles title is fully deserved after years of grinding in the tag team division.

Jey is happy to be to facing his cousin for the title, but Roman Reigns is holding his cards close to his chest. Seeds were planted on this week’s SmackDown when Reigns showed up late to their tag match against King Corbin and Sheamus. Jey put in the effort and Reigns came and took all the glory. After the match, Reigns snatched the title away as he and Jey celebrated their win.

Roman Reigns exploding on Jey and destroying him with spear after spear, leaving him broken both physically and emotionally in the lead up to the biggest match of his career, would be a mega heel move.

Big E has finally got the singles run fans have been asking for for years. Those who are aware of his NXT run know just what he can do as the “top guy” and would love to see him do that on the main roster.

The New Day member and multi-time tag team champion is on an impressive winning streak and no doubt, a route towards a singles title.

An extremely popular and “over” performer both in and out of the ring, Big E is a brilliant babyface. He is universally cheered and championed and for Roman Reigns to stand in the way of his singles push and halt it before it even starts would receive an insane amount of heat.

A move such as this would undoubtedly make Roman Reigns a better heel, if not the biggest bad guy in the business.
