Former WWE Superstar has lawsuit dismissed

One of Steiner’s more memorable angles

– Scott Steiner has a certain persona which appealed to many fans during his time in the WWE. Scott Steiner was quite successful in the WWE and entered the business along with his brother, Ric.

Steiner also featured in TNA during their heyday when the likes of Sting, Jeff Hardy and Hulk Hogan were a part of the company. Scott Steiner is an explosive personality and had been sued by his former employers TNA in 2012.

Steiner was taken to court by the company currently owned by Dixie Carter back in 2012 for quite a number of charges. Steiner pointed a finger back at the company and trashed Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Bruce Prichard and others.

He had extensively tweeted negative comments about these men which was not taken well by TNA. It was alleged that TNA suffered damages due to his words. TNA also said that he was not allowed to tweet negatively about anyone employed by TNA.

There is good news for Steiner as the case has been dismissed. Steiner who is no longer under contract with the TNA has had the alleged charges dismissed by a judge in Nashville, Tennessee on the 22nd of February according to PWInsider. The judge also barred TNA from filing a counter civil lawsuit to reopen the case.
