The 32nd edition Royal Rumble has every reason to be the most memorable one yet

Royal Rumble, the most exciting and popular pay-per-view of WWE, is just two days away. As we all know, it's that time of the year for WWE Universe to brace themselves for surprise appearances, cameos from WWE legends, and not to exclude the showcase of freakish gymnastic abilities from the likes of Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston, Naomi, and others. These are the very reasons why people like us fell in love with professional wrestling in the first place.

Just like any other year, even this year's Royal Rumble is jampacked with a whole lot of superstars who are capable of overcoming 29 other opponents to win the Royal Rumble match and headline the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania.

So, without further ado, let's get into predicting five potential winners of this year's Men's Royal Rumble.

#4 Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe made a mark in WWE just like he did with every other promotion he made his way into. Known for cutting brilliant promos that target his opponents in the most personal way, the "Samoan Submission Machine" could very well win this year's Royal Rumble match and headline WrestleMania.

Although his chances are low compared to the other wrestlers in the list, he is the most credible wrestler to win the match from the SmackDown side. It would also lead to a much-deserved push for Joe who has been sidelined for a long time since his main roster debut. After his consecutive losses to AJ Styles and 50-50 booking with Jeff Hardy, winning this year's Rumble will re-establish him as a dominant heel in SmackDown Live Roster.

#3 Rey Mysterio

Rey Mysterio has done so much in WWE that there's no slightest doubt that he is a future WWE Hall of Famer. So, winning this year's Royal Rumble and headlining WrestleMania will only add to his already stacked resume.

After his shocking return in last year's Rumble, 'The Ultimate Underdog' has been proving time and again he still got all the moves and the ability to execute them in style. Since his return, he has booked as a strong babyface. Other than Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio is the only believable contender from SD Live side to win the Rumble.

If he could win the Rumble, WWE Universe would no doubt have a blast to watch him either in a WWE championship match or WWE Universal Championship match.

#2 Braun Strowman

The one name that definitely comes up when we talk about the most dominant superstars in the current WWE roster is Braun Strowman. He has demolished every opponent that was put forth him in such a way that it is a surprise to every WWE fan to see Strowman without a championship belt around his waist by now.

Everyone predicted 'The Monster Among Men' to secure his first ever win against Brock Lesnar at last year's Crown Jewel event and become the Universal Champion. But as it turned out, WWE creative had other plans.

Of course, Braun Strowman raising Universal championship in his hand will definitely be a possible scenario that'll play out at WrestleMania if he manages to enter the Rumble and win the match.

#1 Seth Rollins

Is there a better time than this for Rollins to win the Rumble?
Is there a better time than this for Rollins to win the Rumble?

Seth Rollins is the hottest and most over superstar in WWE right now. After the shocking revelation about Roman Reigns' health and his consequent departure from WWE, Seth Rollins has been carrying RAW by busting his ass every night.

Despite his lacklustre feud with Dean Ambrose, 'The Architect' had a stellar 2018 and there's no doubt that the trend will continue this year as well. His win at this year's Royal Rumble would only prove the rumours about him facing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and capturing the Universal championship for the first time to be true.

'The future of WWE' would definitely be the choice to win this year's Rumble on Sunday for most of the fans and critics out there. And of course, it would make perfect sense as it would place Rollins as the top babyface of the company, a spot that has been teasing him for quite a while now.
