WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg might have narrowed his view on his final target in the Stamford-based promotion. The WWE legend might plant seeds of his feud at the upcoming Survivor Series: WarGames Premium Live Event against a superstar who is also hailed by many as the modern-day Goldberg. The superstar in question is none other than Bron Breakker.
Goldberg and Bron Breakker aren't related by blood but the latter is very similar in build and explosiveness to the WWE legend. In fact, one could say that Bron Breakker is a replica of the 59-year-old Hall of Famer for his aggressiveness and in-ring performances.
To see if he was indeed better than Breakker, Da Man might turn up at Survivor Series: WarGames and spear him to cost him his Intercontinental Title. The 59-year-old had done something similar to Brock Lesnar way back in 2004 at WWE No Way Out.
The former WWE Universal Champion can repeat history with Bron Breakker at the receiving end at Survivor Series: WarGames by coming out all of a sudden, spearing Breakker and costing him the gold. This might set the ball rolling for a feud between the two at WrestleMania 41, where the former NXT Champion might beat Hall of Famer and permanently retire him from pro wrestling.
Da Man showed up recently at WWE's Bad Blood PLE, where a rivalry was teased between him and the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther. However, the legend might not lock horns with The Ring General and instead might go after Breakker, to put him over as a finale to his career.
Bron Breakker recently met Goldberg in a sports stadium
The WWE Hall of Famer met Breakker recently outside WWE during a college football match. Both Goldberg and Breakker have made the transition to wrestling after a career in the NFL.
While Goldberg played for the Atlanta Falcons as a defensive tackle, Breakker played for the Baltimore Ravens. Breakker was even a big fan of the WWE legend while growing up. He flaunts a tattoo on his shoulders like Goldberg and also uses the Spear as his finishing move.
The WWE legend recently praised Breakker for his in-ring skills. While speaking to Fightful Select, he said that Breakker has been a huge success in WWE so far because he's completely different.
"He's completely different. He shines in an area where people don't. He rises to the top because he's different and takes it seriously. He's physical and has a great head on his shoulders," he said. [H/T - Fightful Select]
Maybe the WWE Legend could work with Breakker before finally hanging up his boots. The WWE Universe would surely be excited to witness the 59-year-old legend show up at Survivor Series: WarGames.
