Huge announcement made for this week's WWE RAW
This week's Monday Night RAW just became a must-watch show after WWE's huge announcement.
WWE just gave the fans a huge reason to watch its flagship show this week, as Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman have been announced as the guests on the legendary – The Highlight Reel with Chris Jericho.
A teaser was put out by the WWE, hyping the segment for RAW – that is set to be live from Columbus, Ohio. Below is the teaser for the much-anticipated segment:
Brock Lesnar has taken Roman Reigns to Suplex City before, but The Big Dog’s brutal encounter with The Beast Incarnate on Raw last week was painful for multiple reasons. Already facing an uphill battle by having to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against 29 Superstars in the 2016 Royal Rumble Match, Reigns now also finds himself in the crosshairs of The Anomaly, a monster who will stop at nothing to ascend to the top of the sports-entertainment food chain. Whatever strategy Reigns had for this near-impossible title defense just went right out the window.
Following that savage display of aggression, Lesnar will appear on Chris Jericho’s “The Highlight Reel” alongside Paul Heyman. What questions will Y2J have for The Beast and his calculating advocate? No matter what happens, The Big Dog will be watching. Believe that.
With both the Beast and Y2J being participants in the Rumble match, the segment ought to get physical at some point. Expect Lesnar to give the WWE legend a short yet effective tour around Suplex City.
Reigns could come out to make the save, or could even interrupt the segment and confront Lesnar on the epic destruction that was caused courtesy of the Beast. Whatever may be the case, it is a segment worth looking forward to.
