Jazz's Retirement Ceremony on IMPACT Wrestling

At IMPACT Wrestling Hardcore Justice, Jazz challenged Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts Championship. It was a title vs career match, and unfortunately, the legend came up short. Tonight, Jazz was here to announce her official retirement.

Jazz said that she came to IMPACT Wrestling hoping for one final title run, but it didn't happen. She knew that Deonna Purrazzo would give her a run for her money, but believed that she would be able to knock off The Virtuosa. She called Purrazzo the present and future of women's wrestling before turning to Jordynne Grace.

Thick Mama Pump brought Jazz into IMPACT Wrestling for a chance at the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Titles. Though they failed, Jazz knew that Grace's future was bright, and was happy to have spent her last few months of her career with the former Knockouts Champion.

The champs, Fire 'N Flava, came out to insult Jazz on her special night. Apparently, Scott D'Amore was tired of their games and sent a ref out to tell them they'd be wrestling Grace and Jazz.

Jordynne Grace and Jazz vs Fire 'N Flava on IMPACT Wrestling

Tasha Steelz was crushed by Jordynne Grace with a series of running attacks in the corner. A Vader Bomb would've put her down for good, but Kiera Hogan broke the pin up. Jazz tagged in and hammered Steelz' spine with forearms.

Steelz escaped to Kiera Hogan but was pelted with Jazz's big right hand. A sit-out powerslam drove Hogan into the mat for the win.

Results: Jazz and Jordynne Grace defeated Fire 'N Flava via pinfall on IMPACT Wrestling.

Grade: B

After the match, Jazz called the champions disrespectful. After that, she thanked the fans around the world for their support of her as she officially announced her retirement. The IMPACT Wrestling locker room emptied out to support Jazz, who closed the book on her hall of fame career.

Backstage, Scott D'Amore told Fire 'N Flava that they'd have to put their titles on the line at Rebellion against Jordynne Grace and Jazz for ruining the legend's ceremony. Jazz came in and appreciated the chance, but she was a woman of her word. Still, she had a great partner for Grace for the match at Rebellion.
