John Cena has officially announced that he will retire at the end of 2025. The WWE legend made an appearance at the Money in the Bank 2024 Premium Live Event and mentioned that his "Retirement Tour" will kick off in January 2025 and will last through the entirety of the year.
The Cenation Leader announced that WrestleMania 41 in 2025 would be the last edition of The Show of Shows in his career and fans expect him to collide with some of the top stars in the business.
We have seen that several top names have already expressed the desire to fight with John Cena for one last time. With that in mind, let's take a look at five feuds that could define the 16-time World Champion's Retirement Tour.
#5. Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins is considered one of the best wrestlers of all time and a future WWE Hall of Famer. He has accomplished everything in his career and a final match against John Cena would be another great accomplishment.
The Champ was one of Rollins' main rivals when the latter became the face of the Stamford-based promotion. The two had a great match at SummerSlam nearly a decade ago, where Seth emerged victorious and won both the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and the United States Championship.
#4. CM Punk
John Cena and CM Punk's rivalry back in 2011 changed the landscape of the wrestling business. The Best in the World walked out of Chicago and the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event with the WWE Championship and eventually left the company.
The Second City Saint has already announced that he wants one final match with The Cenation Leader.
#3. Cody Rhodes

John Cena and Cody Rhodes have something in common. They are the top babyfaces in WWE. The Chain Gang Soldier had been a babyface for the major part of his career and the same is the case for The American Nightmare since his return to the Stamford-based company in 2022.
Cody Rhodes has become the face of the company since WrestleMania XL and a match between the two at WrestleMania 41 should be considered a very likely scenario.
This time, though, the Undisputed WWE Championship should be on the line, where Cena would have the chance to defeat Rhodes and make history by becoming a World Champion for a record 17th time.
#2. Randy Orton
Randy Orton and John Cena dominated WWE for more than a decade, competing for the major titles. Their rivalry had gone on for years and the two created some memorable moments in the Stamford-based promotion.
The Viper and The Cenation Leader last competed against each other on February 7, 2017. Nearly eight years later, they are expected to collide again, and it remains to be seen if a major title will be on the line in their potential final match.
#1. Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker is one of the top young talents in WWE. Just three months after his move to the main roster, The Big Bad Booty Nephew won the first major title in his career: the Intercontinental Championship.
In the meantime, Bron Breakker has expressed his desire to retire John Cena and wants the latter to go after him and challenge him for the Intercontinental Championship, the only title The Cenation Leader has never won.
