#5 Daniel Bryan

Unfortunately, his days might be numbered.
Unfortunately, his days might be numbered.

You might think that Daniel Bryan has a big shot at becoming Mr. Money in the Bank, but a victory for him is pretty unlikely. He is probably in this match only to boost it's star power, along with his undeniable talent.

The Universal Championship scene is one of uncertainty, especially as the intended Champion has taken an indefinite leave of absence. Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt will clash for the blue strap at Money in the Bank and by the end of their feud, The Fiend could stand tall as the Universal Champion.

We have already seen a feud between Bryan and Wyatt, culminating in a brutal Strap Match. Also, it seems like the world's toughest vegan will go on paternity leave in the summer before his current contract runs out.

While Daniel Bryan winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match would be a pleasant surprise, like in 2011, it probably won't happen. His story with Drew Gulak and The Artist Collective does not seem finished, so a return to that feud could be on the cards after Money in the Bank.
