#2 Aleister Black

For a long time, Aleister Black was the overwhelming favorite to win the men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Paul Heyman has put a lot behind the former NXT Champion on Monday Night RAW, turning him into a star.

Black has been groomed to enter the main event scene, and a match against Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship is an exciting prospect. He would even make an interesting Money in the Bank winner. A man like Aleister Black lurking around in the shadows with the contract is a very intriguing concept.

It makes sense for Black to become Mr. Money in the Bank as it is natural progression towards his first WWE Title, but it does not necessarily fit his character. The Dutch Destroyer usually steps up to the challenges of others and never hides from anyone.

Also, Black's current entrance would require a slight logistical change to accommodate the Money in the Bank briefcase. That being said, Aleister Black still has a shot at winning Money in the Bank thanks to the stock Paul Heyman put in him. And had the original field remained the same, he would have won it.
