A massive star was put through a table in a chaotic main event before SmackDown stars made a bold statement.

Alpha Academy is one of the most beloved tag teams in WWE. Their hilarious and entertaining antics have won over the fans, and now, they are looking to win some tag team gold.

Tonight on NXT, Alpha Academy's Otis and Akira Tozawa faced off against Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin in a match with huge implications. If Alpha Academy could defeat the NXT Tag Team Champions, they would get a title shot at Stand & Deliver. The two teams put on a fantastic match filled with many great spots.

During the match, Otis picked up Breakker on his shoulders, and Tozawa went for the crossbody. However, Bron Breakker caught the 300+ lbs star and slammed him to the mat. During the closing moments of the match, both Breakker and Corbin slammed Otis through the announcer's table. Breakker then speared Tozawa for the win.

Following the win, Latino World Order showed up at ringside, followed by The O.C., who showed up from SmackDown. Nathan Frazer and Axiom came running down to the ring, and a brawl ensued between all teams.

It looks like the tag team division in the white and gold brand is heating up as several teams from NXT and SmackDown want a shot at the tag team champions.
