Not only did Paul Heyman show his unrelenting loyalty to WWE champion Brock Lesnar, but he also took the opportunity to take personal shots at Reigns. He even referred to Roman Reign's recent health issues and his current absence from WWE TV.

During the promo, he suggested Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins go to SmackDown, as the Universal Champion is a more realistic goal. Claiming that Roman Reigns is "a little vulnerable without his special council," Paul Heyman further suggested that the Universal Champion's COVID-19 diagnosis was nothing but karma.

"One week without me as special counsel and Roman Reigns already has Covid, yeah you can get over the rona but karma can be really b****y," said Paul Heyman
