It is bound to happen, we know it, the WWE Universe knows it, and quite possibly, the WWE management also knows it by now. A WrestleMania 36 rematch between Randy Orton and Edge will eventually happen at some point in the future.

Edge is currently sidelined with an injury, one that he suffered at Backlash during his clash with Randy Orton. However, if WWE does consider the idea of Christian vs. Randy Orton, then it gives them the perfect reason to have the former ECW Champion's involvement bring Edge into the mix and set up the rematch with The Viper.
With Edge losing to Orton at Backlash, The Rated-R Superstar will look to avenge his loss, and after settling the score with The Viper, the former could shift his focus towards other opponents and finally compete in those dream matches that people have been wanting to see for years now. As for Randy Orton, he does have a few potential options ahead.
