WWE star Roxanne Perez sent out an emotional message following her match with Raquel Rodriguez.
After nine months, Perez had a match in her hometown of Texas. She teamed up with Rodriguez for a tag team match against NXT stars Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre. After performing at the WWE Women's Royal Rumble match in Texas, this marked Perez's second match on the main roster.
Following the extraordinary performance of both women, Perez took to social media to send out a heartwarming message, mentioning how she is living out her dreams:
"dreamed it then real life'd it (emoji)"

WWE star Roxanne Perez shared her honest opinion on AJ Lee
NXT star Roxanne Perez recently shared her honest opinion on AJ Lee being her inspiration.
While speaking in an interview with Riju Dasgupta of Sportskeeda Wrestling, Perez mentioned that Lee was her inspiration ever since she started watching WWE. She stated that it was the similarity between her and AJ that motivated her to be a part of the industry:
"She (AJ Lee) was the first Diva I saw that made me feel like I could become a WWE Superstar. One of my first favorites was Kelly Kelly, and I do not look like Kelly Kelly. So when I saw AJ Lee, she was like five foot, Hispanic, Puerto Rican, tomboy. She didn't look like all the other Divas that you saw. I really related to that, and it made me feel like, 'Okay, I look like her. I can definitely do it.' Yeah, she's been a pretty big inspiration to me," said Roxanne Perez.
In continuation of the interview, Roxanne added that she would love to see Lee return to the company in the future:
I hope so. Maybe tag along with me, or maybe we'll get into something of our own. Maybe she could referee another match between me and Cora Jade," added Perez.
It will be exciting to see what plans the company has going forward for Roxanne Perez.
