Former WWE star and legend, The Great Wojo, has died at the age of 73 years. This came after cardiac issues.
As reported by The Toledo Blade, the legend died at 73 years old. Chris Carter, who often traveled with The Great Wojo during his touring days, also commented on his death, paying tribute to him.
"Not only a tremendous athlete, but an incredible family man. His family meant everything to him. He was devoted to youth, too, and to helping them. He was a man of honor."
The star had a successful college career and even competed on the US Olympic Wrestling team back in 1980, before he became a part of the business. He also worked with a young Scott Steiner and often offered $10,000 to anyone who could beat him in the ring legitimately, as a nod to his very real wrestling career.
