Personnel provided medical treatment at that time and transported Mr. Bollea to Morton Plant Hospital, where he died at 11.17 AM."

The statement went on to say that any requests for public records should be filed with the Colorado Police Department, but no records would be released today. They asked again to respect the family's privacy at this time.
