WWE Superstar AJ Styles hardly ever puts a foot wrong and is considered to be one of the greatest ever to ever step foot in the squared circle. He had already made a name for himself before joining the global promotion. During that time, he had drawn swords against current commentator Corey Graves.

Styles and Graves got to go one-on-one on multiple occasions throughout the latter's career as an in-ring performer. He even recalled in his book, All Or Nothing, of a time when he had heard his neck crack after the superstar administered the Styles Clash on him during a match in England at the 1PW Championship Tournament.

Speaking on After The Bell, Corey Graves had nothing but praise for the two-time WWE Champion. Graves believes that the fans love The Phenomenal One due to his consistency:

"I remember it was at the Royal Rumble in Orlando that AJ shocked the entire business by showing up in WWE," Corey Graves began. "And AJ has continued to over-deliver on a regular basis, and I think it's that sort of consistency that the fans really gravitate towards."

Furthermore, Graves recounted his own experience of facing AJ Styles:

"You've never seen a bad AJ Styles match. Never. Even pre-dating.'I've been in the ring with AJ Styles years back, and I thought the match was terrible, because I was in terrible shape, and I was all blown up, and I was trying to catch a breath about thirty seconds in. I was like, 'This is going to be the worst, I can't watch it back,' and then I watched it back, and I'm like, 'God, he's so good. God, he is unbelievable.'" [23:50-24:28]

The commentator even stated that guys like Styles make it look easy because of how they carry themselves.

WWE plans for AJ Styles to feud with 37-year-old SmackDown star

AJ Styles will compete for the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth "Freakin" Rollins at Night of Champions, and fans are excited for The Phenomenal One's potential world title win.

The latest word on the rumor mill suggests that The Phenomenal One is already penciled in to face Karrion Kross next. How this factors in to a potential world title win in Saudi Arabia remains to be seen.

Needless to say, the plans can always change, and as the expression goes, anything can happen in WWE.

AJ Styles is the latest member of the blue brand thanks to the upheaval caused by the WWE Draft, and it is only a matter of time before the company decides to run it back with Styles and Roman Reigns for the top prize.
