Jey Uso losing his World Heavyweight Championship has led to a WWE legend snapping and throwing out some huge accusations. He's made some charges.
Jey was the World Heavyweight Champion heading into Money in the Bank and even won his tag team match with Cody Rhodes against John Cena and Logan Paul there. However, the next day, he lost his match against Gunther, with the star getting back the title as a result. Now, Jey Uso's father, Rikishi, has hit out at WWE and said that they are disrespecting The Bloodline.
After earlier defending his son, Rikishi spoke on his Off The Top podcast and said that the Bloodline was being disrespected. He noted that the Anoa'i family had given their heart and souls to the industry for more than 75 years. He went on to say that the Bloodline, Jey Uso, Roman Reigns, and everyone else had been carrying the company. The legend discussed how they had been the ones to support the company during the COVID pandemic.
"Tell me, what is it? The Bloodline has gave [sic] our heart and soul to this industry. 75+ years. Past, present, and future. But damn it, this is the way we treat it. This is the way you look at us. This ain't right. We've never been a problem. We've always been the source. The last I knew, the Bloodline, from Roman Reigns, all the way down to the Usos, continuing on to Sefa, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu. The last I knew back when it was COVID, fans were on their screens on the TV, who kept WWE afloat? Come on, you want to talk? You want to go there? Let's do facts, man. Let's do facts." (6:44 - 7:52)
It remains to be seen what's next for Jey Uso, as he's currently part of the King of the Ring tournament.
