The 16-time World Champion John Cena is set to host a talk show following his recent WWE run.
The Leader of Cenation returned to Friday Night SmackDown in September 2023 and was on a two-month schedule with the Stamford-based promotion. Cena's return was possible due to the 2023 Hollywood SAG-AFTRA strike.
After stepping away from World Wrestling Entertainment, the 16-time World Champion is set to host his first talk show with some celebrity guests at Roku Originals.
The show will embark on a journey of inspiring conversations and shared passions as John Cena takes the reins of hosting and producing the newly greenlit streaming series "What Drives You."
Along the way, the former WWE Champion and his special guests will delve into various topics, ranging from hilarious anecdotes to deeply personal experiences.
From laughter-filled moments to touching reflections, What Drives You will offer a glimpse into the lives of these individuals, all while showcasing their passion for their beloved cars.
"The car you drive and where you drive it can say a lot about who you are, from your personality type to what you value and prioritize the most," Cena said in a statement. [H/T - Variety]
John Cena lost at WWE Crown Jewel 2023
The 46-year-old veteran was on a mission to bag his first victory in a singles competition since 2018. Cena, on an episode of WWE SmackDown, asserted he must win a singles match as it has been 2000+ days since it happened.
Hence, WWE announced a blockbuster match between The Leader of Cenation and The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa. At Crown Jewel 2023, the wrestling world roared for Cena, but the veteran could not overcome the young star.
John Cena put over The Enforcer following several Samoan Spikes, and the 16-time World Champion could not complete his mission. It remains to be seen if and when The Leader of Cenation makes his way back into WWE in the future.
