Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena is well and truly shining during his Farewell Tour. Contrary to his final run thus far, The Cenation Leader is set to make more regular appearances heading into the Night of Champions Premium Live Event.
The 17-time WWE World Champion kicked off the latest edition of Monday Night RAW to address getting attacked by Ron Killings at the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event, which led to him and Logan Paul losing to Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. However, he was interrupted by CM Punk, who challenged him to a title match. The two veterans agreed to wrestle for the gold at the upcoming Saudi PLE slated for June 28.
Last night was John Cena's fourth appearance since the May 30 edition of SmackDown. He is now set to continue his run of regular appearances by appearing in the two upcoming episodes of the blue brand. However, the veteran is not advertised for the go-home episode of the Friday night show before WWE Night of Champions.

Wrestling veteran makes interesting claim about popular star's recent attack on John Cena
In his most recent in-ring appearance, John Cena teamed up with Logan Paul to wrestle Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at WWE Money in the Bank. The Undisputed WWE Champion appeared to have the contest won after taking out The American Nightmare with his title. However, R-Truth showing up to take out Cena allowed Cody to hit him with a Cross Rhodes and secure the win.
On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, former WWE head writer Vince Russo opined that the attack would not lead to anything substantial. The veteran said that it was done only to garner a major crowd pop at the PLE.
"I don't think it meant anything at all [about Truth attacking Cena] because that was just for a pop. They're not going nowhere with it," Russo said.
