Former WWE head writer Vince Russo feels Triple H could book himself in one last match. The Game currently heads the creative team in the company.
Paul Levesque and Stephanie McMahon met Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., this week. Later, Secretary Kennedy stated the meeting was to strategize about the upcoming President's Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition. Hunter also echoed the same sentiment, stating that they were dedicated to improving the health of the country's youth.
This week on BroDown with host Mac Davis, Russo claimed Triple H could do anything to put himself over. He questioned how Hunter, after handling all creative duties, could have had the time to meet the Secretary just before the SmackDown tapings. The veteran writer didn't put it past The Game to have one match against John Cena before he retires.
"Listen, I don't put anything past Triple H. You hear me say this all the time. This show s*cks, both shows s*ck, and the dude is opening baseball cards with Robert what's-his-name over there. Today, I'm seeing we got a show tonight and he's hobnobbing with Kennedy. You gotta understand something. When I was writing a show, when I was doing a weekly show, you barely had time to take a cr*p. And this guy is taking off the entire day of a show to go hang out with Kennedy in his freaking office? You're gonna doubt him putting himself in a main event with John Cena before he retires. I don't doubt anything with this guy." [From 2:07 onwards]
In 2021, Triple H experienced a cardiac-related health episode, and the following year, he retired from in-ring action.
