WWE star Ludwig Kaiser makes bold Euro 2024 prediction

Ludwig Kaiser is one of many WWE stars who will keep a close eye on UEFA Euro 2024 this summer. With a week to go until the big kick-off, the Imperium member shared some of his predictions for the prestigious tournament.

Kaiser was born in the Euro 2024 host nation Germany. The first match of the tournament sees the WWE star's country take on Scotland on June 14. Depending on where the teams finish in their groups, Germany could face arch-rivals England as early as the last-16 stage or even as late as the final.

During a discussion about Clash at the Castle: Scotland on June 15, Kaiser boldly predicted that an underdog might take Euro 2024 by surprise:

"Not England! [laughs] Actually, I think England has great chances. Unfortunately, England for the last decades always had the best team on paper but never really made it, which is honestly quite tragic. I think England has amazing chances. I believe that this is gonna be one of those tournaments where we're gonna see an underdog actually getting very far," predicted Kaiser. [4:10 – 4:36]

Ludwig Kaiser assesses Austria's chances

Unlike England and Germany, Austria are not usually among people's favorites to reach the latter stages of major tournaments. At Euro 2024, they have been drawn in a tough group alongside France, Netherlands, and Poland.

Ludwig Kaiser thinks Gunther's home country stands a good chance this year. He also predicted that England and Germany could be in an amazing final should they reach there.

"I know that Austria has a really good team. Unfortunately, they are in a very strong group as well, but obviously my friend Gunther is gonna love this. Let's keep our eyes on Austria here a little bit. If I would have to put money on it, wow. I think Germany against England in the final would be an absolute, absolute banger. That would be awesome," Kaiser said. [4:36 – 4:59]
