Drew McIntyre faced King Corbin ahead of WrestleMania during this week's WWE RAW. Corbin was determined to defeat McIntyre so that he would be the one heading to WrestleMania to challenge Lashley for the title.
There was a time when Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and King Corbin were all on the same side. That's in the past now.
During the match on RAW, Corbin was out for himself as he looked to take out McIntyre to get the chance to headline WrestleMania.
Early on in the match, Corbin looked good and had the advantage. However, McIntyre bounced back by sending Corbin into the steps and the ring post as the action spilled to the outside.
McIntyre had to not only secure the win but also avoid injuries ahead of his major WrestleMania match.
MVP looked to help Corbin after the Scotsman kicked out of the Deep Six. He handed the Lonewolf his cane, but the SmackDown star couldn't capitalize. McIntyre came back and hit him with the Claymore.
In the end, it was McIntyre standing tall and facing off against Bobby Lashley. The two of them will face each other at WrestleMania 37.
