2022 - The Rock

The Rock is definitely the biggest name who hasn't received an induction into WWE's Hall of Fame, which is probably his choice. It's hard to imagine that WWE hasn't ever contacted "The People's Champion" about possibly going into the HOF, especially when you consider the fact that they're always trying to find the biggest draws every year.

It's very possible that The Rock has refused to be inducted because he believes that he still has a few more matches left in him, but by the time 2022 rolls around, the former WWE megastar might've finally decided to truly end his in-ring career, which would certainly be followed up by a Hall of Fame induction.

Rumor has it that WWE does want to do another WrestleMania in California, so if they end up going back there in 2022, we could see arguably the biggest star in the history of the company receive his Hall of Fame ring.
