What does Roman Reigns truly want? This answer is simple. The OTC wants the Ula Fala around his neck, and for that, he is ready to do whatever it takes. Upon returning, he knew mending the broken relationships was the first step to getting back the Ula Fala.

The former Bloodline leader put aside his ego and pride and teamed up with Cody Rhodes to battle Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at WWE Bad Blood. Next, he finally acknowledged Jey Uso by saying "YEET," even though his initial stance was "No YEET." The OTC may leave the past behind, and shake hands with Sami Zayn as well ahead of Survivor Series WarGames.

At WarGames, the popular assumption is that The OG Bloodline along with Sami Zayn will secure the victory. This means, that at WarGames, Roman Reigns will get back the Ula Fala. Once he solidifies his position as The Tribal Chief, he can reveal his true colors. Considering he did not want to reunite with Jey Uso or Sami Zayn, he could remove both of them or maybe just Sami Zayn from The Bloodline.

Furthermore, the former Undisputed WWE Champion can have ruthless forces such as Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, who have shown glimpses of allegiance to the Ula Fala itself, join his Bloodline to strengthen the faction. Of course, if he brings in Fatu and Tonga while removing Sami Zayn, Jey Uso may leave the stable.

Roman Reigns revealed that he truly enjoyed playing heel, and WWE can use WarGames as an opportunity to end his babyface run.

Former WWE writer gives an explanation for Roman Reigns taking the pin at Crown Jewel 2024

Solo Sikoa pinned Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel after executing Samoan Spikes on him. It was a clean pin, and fans were baffled about the ending.

It so happens that former WWE Writer Vince Russo has an explanation for why The OTC accepted the clean defeat, and it might even have been Reigns' suggestion:

"Is it possible that's what Roman wanted to do? We've been saying all along and I've got heat for this too. We've been saying this all along. The current Bloodline is the B-Team. If that is the feeling, and I promise you that is the feeling within WWE. If that is the feeling, is it that far-fetched for Roman to say, 'Let me put them over'? That may bring them up a level, that may even us out a little bit going into Survivor Series. I would not be surprised if this was Roman's suggestion."

It's true that The Bloodline 2.0 doesn't have the same popularity as The OG Bloodline, but the members are putting in significant efforts to become as relevant as the former members. Using various means to bring them to par with Roman Reigns and The Usos will be beneficial for both sides!
