Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens were wrestling against each other long before they arrived in WWE. Earlier, they were known as Kevin Steen and El Generico. Since debuting in WWE, they have been both allies and enemies in various feuds.

Their most prominent tag team run took place at WrestleMania 34 where they both faced Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan.

Even though they are entertaining as a team, they are known for their rivalry. Their last encounter took place at Smackdown's Last Man Standing match in July 2020.

Despite their bitter on-screen differences, the two superstars have been best friends in real life for years.
